Tickets are $100 each or 5 for $425 Official Rules of the Road: The winning ticket will be drawn the evening of July 5, 2008 at the Concerts In The Garden performance at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. Winners need not be present to win. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and any immediate family members residing with the employees are not eligible to participate. Winner will be notified by telephone. Holder of the winning ticket will be required to present the ticket receipt and positive identification for verification. Odds of winning are determined by the number of tickets sold and distributed, but in no case will more than 999 tickets be sold. No cash will be given in lieu of the prize. Raffle ticket price is not tax deductible or refundable. Due to transportation for display purposes, there may be a maximum of 750 miles logged on the vehicle. Winner assumes responsibility for all vehicle tags, title and taxes. Winner must complete Form W-9 and sign W-2G prior to delivery of the vehicle. The car is valued at $41,985. This amount is taxable income to the winner. Prior to delivery, winner must remit cash payment of $11,727.80 to the FWSO to satisfy U.S. common tax withholding.
